TaskForce

Self-hosting

TaskForce on your own server.

A Docker image, a SQLite database, your backups, your AI. Nothing goes through our servers, and nothing makes you connect to them.

Not open yet: the image is not public. Leave your e-mail, you will get the link the same day.

What you install.

One container, with no separate database. It fits on a small server, or on the machine that already hosts your tools.

A Docker image
For amd64 and arm64. Two cores and 1 GB of memory are enough. The database is a SQLite file in a volume, the files beside it or in your S3 storage.
Your backups
A copy every day, 14 kept, and if you set it up an encrypted copy off the machine (S3). You restore with one command, and you can check that a backup restores.
Your updates
You pick the moment. The database is copied before each migration, and going back to the previous version is documented.

Your AI, yours.

The AI panel and the automations work with the AI server you choose. Four ways to plug one in, in Settings.

Your Anthropic key

  • The server speaks the native API
  • The request cache is used
  • You pay for your usage, on your own account

An OpenAI-compatible server

  • Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM, llama.cpp, OpenRouter
  • Including an AI running on your own machines
  • The model must know how to call tools

The Claude Code bridge

  • Each person’s own subscription
  • A container beside the app, everyone pastes their token
  • For self-hosted instances only

TaskForce’s AI

  • No account with a provider
  • 35 million tokens for €20 excl. VAT
  • No expiry

Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client connect the same way as on the cloud, with a personal key.

Your data stays with you.

TaskForce asks for no account with us, no key, no connection. It sends us nothing, not even a usage counter.

No mandatory connection to our servers.

  • Updates are pulled when you want, from the image’s registry.
  • Sending to Discord, hidden on the cloud, is available at your place.
  • The ? menu can send us feedback, if you leave it on.

The price.
And the rule.

  1. Free up to 10 active accounts. With every module and every update. An active account signed in within the last 30 days; an account never used does not count.
  2. €490 a year excl. VAT per instance beyond that.Up to 50 active accounts, more on request. The licence includes support with a guaranteed reply time, help with updates and data migrations, and security fixes ahead of time.
  3. At the 11th account, a banner, and 30 days.Admins see that a licence is needed. For 30 days, nothing is blocked.
  4. Then only new accounts wait.No existing account is disabled, no data is blocked. The key is pasted in Settings and checked offline.
  5. The code is at your place. This counter reminds you of the rule, it locks nothing.

Cloud, or your place.

The same app, the same modules. What changes is who looks after the server.
