Do I have to use the AI?
No. Turned off, it disappears from the screen and nothing goes outside.
What happens when the AI quota runs out?
The AI pauses until the 1st of the next month, everything else keeps working. To continue right away: a top-up, or your own subscription in the Settings. A request, like creating a task, uses about 9,000 tokens.
Where is our data?
On Hetzner servers in the European Union, under the GDPR. A backup is made every day and kept in Europe, off the app’s server. Requests to the included AI are processed by our AI provider, outside the European Union; you can plug in your own AI instead, including one running on your own machines.
Who can access our data?
Only the people you invite. Our team does not look at your data, unless you ask us to so we can fix a problem.
How do I cancel?
Whenever you want, from the app’s Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What if the team grows?
Adding someone costs nothing within the plan’s limit. Beyond it, an admin moves to the next plan.
What if I need help?
The documentation is in the app, and the ? menu sends us a bug or an idea. With the Pro plan, a person answers you by e-mail. Automations have their own page.
